I’m a mental performance coach and science educator focused on one problem:

I bring decades of applied experience as a former Nationally ranked athlete, certified Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) coach, CHA-certified coach, and educator (BEd). My approach is practical, grounded, and designed for people who want results, not theory.
My background combines:
• decades of coaching and competition experience
• neuroscience-based mental performance training
• somatic regulation methods
While my roots are in high-level sport, the principles apply anywhere performance matters.
